This website is operated by Wheelhouse Moto ("we", "us"). By visiting wheelhousemoto.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of them.

Our products

We are an authorized dealer for Warp 9 Racing. Products are supplied, packed and shipped directly by Warp 9 Racing. Product descriptions, specifications and images are provided by the manufacturer and may be updated without notice. We do our best to display colors and finishes accurately, but cannot guarantee your screen's rendering.

Fitment information

Fitment data on this site is compiled from the manufacturer's published fitment and product specifications and is provided to help you choose the right part. It is not an independent engineering verification. A part listed for a machine indicates the manufacturer states it fits that machine; a part not listed for a machine means we have no record either way, not that it is incompatible. Year, make and model must be selected accurately by you. Our Refund Policy describes what we do when a listed part does not fit.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Stock levels are synchronized with the supplier's inventory, but an item can sell out between the time you place an order and the time it is processed. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund it in full. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by one, with a full refund.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when it ships. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud or resale, and will refund any amount charged. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments; we do not store your card details.

Installation and use

Motorcycle components affect the safety of the machine. Parts must be installed by someone competent to do so, to the manufacturer's torque and fitting instructions, and inspected before riding. You are responsible for confirming that a part is suitable for your intended use, including any competition or off-road use, and for complying with applicable laws where you ride.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this website is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of use, race entry fees, transport or labor costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects the manufacturer's warranty, which we will help you claim under.

Intellectual property

The Wheelhouse Moto name, logo and site design are ours. Manufacturer names, trademarks and product images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify their products.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this site when you place your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and the United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Utah, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to a different venue.
